Wild Boar Hunting in the Forest of Dean and Cheshire

Wild Boar Hunting in the Forest of Dean and Cheshire
£49.99

Did you know we have a large and growing population of Wild Boar across the UK? These animals are the descendants of farmed boar that escaped or were 'released' into the countryside and have now managed to establish themselves in the wild. Some of the boar even return to the farm from which they escaped and try to break into the pens where captive sows (female boar) are enclosed in order to mate with them. Boar can smell sows in season from up to 40km away!

The Wild Boar that have been shot on these two permissions typically weigh on average between 65 – 80kg. However, boar have shot up to 167kg in weight.
